Holiday rentals with a patio in St. Marys

10/10! Exactly what we needed for the weekend. Comfortable, clean, and convenient.

we had a short hit amazing visit in Jacksonville. We visited the Kingsley plantation and had lunch at the European Steeet Cafe, it gave us the real American city live vibes but from.the more quant neigbourhood perspective 😁

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

From the time we arrived, the host was very responsive and was concerned about our needs. The apartment was beautiful and spotless, the beds were super comfy, and it was very peaceful. I miscalculated the dates we needed to stay, and the host was super gracious to let us stay another night. We will definitely stay there again!

The back half of a well made Florida bungalow with an open, sun room with a porch and backyard in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. A comfortably furnished with a modern bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Lawson is responsive and accommodating as a host.

Great place and peaceful area. Host was easy to get in contact with. Over all we had a wonderful stay.

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Pleasant stay! Everything was as described. Home was in great shape and beds were comfy!

We had a super stay at this house. Good location, relatively peaceful and well equipped. The place is very clean, modern and cozy. We especially enjoyed the back deck and spent nice evenings there. Kristi was friendly and responsive. Totally worth the price and would recommend to anyone staying in JAX for an extended time.

The host is very responsive and welcoming. The neighborhood and amenities is beautiful. The place felt like home. I was extremely comfortable.

Cindy was an amazing host! The AC wasn’t working when we got there and she came right down and fixed it for us immediately! She was so helpful in giving us recommendations of things to do in the area. The air bnb was in a great location and very safe neighborhood. Very clean and cozy! Would definitely recommend this air bnb and Cindy as a host!

Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

Nicholas was a great host! He was very responsive and friendly! The place was beautiful and we loved how it was decorated. Location right on the beach was perfect!

Kim was so great, she was super proactive and accommodating. We really felt like she cared about us having a great time on our vacation. Her place was beautiful, the sunrise from the balcony was gorgeous. The space was roomy with all the accommodations we needed and more! The master suite overlooking the ocean was amazing. It really felt like home -- thanks to Kim's special touches around the condo!

Ginny’s place is beautiful, clean and inviting. The beach is within walking distance and Fort Clinch State Park is very close. Ginny’s communication before, during and after our trip was great and very informative. She even provided us with brief descriptions of many restaurants nearby which was very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again soon!

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Great time staying here, close to beaches, restaurants and anything you can want to do. Pleasure working with host and would recommend to any staying in the area.

We loved our stay at Darlene’s place and will return every time we visit the area. It was very comfortable clean and very nice decor! Darlene was very friendly and helpful answering questions.

Words can’t describe how beautiful the view was from our balcony. The beach couldn’t be any closer to our door and the apartment inside was perfect. Just what we needed after a day in the beach. The balcony/beach access was a super thoughtful feature we got lots of use out of! Can’t wait to return as soon as we can.

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!
