This tiny house has 330 square feet on main floor every square foot was thoughtfully designed and surprisingly does not feel that small with large windows to make it feal very open. there is a loft that is 140 square feet with a 4 ft ceiling. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy freshly made food.

Guests may bring their own kayaks and use a designated dock available for kayak launch/recovery, free of charge. Other PWC such as jet skis, inflatable boats and paddle boards are NOT allowed in marina.
