Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Our apartment combines the best of two worlds: lovingly renovated with modern details, while preserving the authentic charm of old wooden beams and quarry stone walls. The location in the center of the village, overlooking the countryside, close to the stream offers pure relaxation – and yet you are in a few minutes at the train station, on the Rhine or in the middle of Mainz. Ideal for nature lovers and city travelers. We as a landlord family live with our children on the property and are available at all times.

Great barn apartment in former vineyard

Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

We are delighted to offer you our newly equipped apartment. It is located in our two-family house, in a quiet residential area in Mainz-Bretzenheim. You can reach your cozy accommodation via a separate entrance. Our house is 300 meters from the bus stop to the city center, which can be reached in seven minutes. The university campus is just 800 m away, as is the stadium. The university hospital can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. Very good highway connection, Frankfurt/Airport

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our lovingly furnished quiet 2-room apartment is 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

I warmly welcome you to Nieder-Olm. Nieder-Olm is located directly south of Mainz in the imposing wine-growing region of Rheinhessen and thus very well located in the Rhine-Main region. It is about 15 minutes by car or approx. 25 minutes by bus or train. The nearest bus stop (Nieder-Olm Selztalcenter) is minutes from your apartment. Frankfurt Airport is about 35 minutes by car, and ZDF is just under 10 km away.
