The granny flat is 42 m² in size and is located in the basement. The flat has a separate entrance. There is a TV with a receiver. To the left of the entrance is a small kitchen, and to the right of the entrance is the bathroom. In the spacious bedroom/living room (one room) measuring 28 m², there is a king-size bed (2 m x 2 m) and a large sofa bed for 2 more people. The train station and the shopping area are easily accessible in about 10–15 minutes on foot, and LEGOland is only 25–30 minutes away (by car).
