Stedet anbefales for to personer, eller voksne med barn om man skulle være fire personer. Stamsund er et perfekt utgangspunkt for å oppleve hele Lofoten! Med en time i bil til både Svolvær den ene veien og Å den andre. Rett utenfor leiligheten er det muligheter for fine fjell eller badeturer. Stamsund har også både matbutikker, restaurant og kafé i gangavstand.

Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. One of the very few original fishermen's cabins still around. It is more than 150 years old, but has been re-done and is in very good condition. The timber walls offers genuine ambience, yet the cabin also offers conveniences such as a sauna, bathroom and modern kitchen. The rorbu is most suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children.
