Bright and delicious home on 2 levels. The property is beautifully close to Nybølnor. The home is connected to Nybølnorstien, and close to Gendarmstien. There is a private terrace and garden with a fire pit. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the forest and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. The brickwork museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mølle and Historiecenter "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Univers 25 km. Flensburg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price.

Unique historic art house with stunning ocean views

Peace, sea, nature, history, soul and charm right by Flensborg Fjord/Förde. Our house sleeps 6 guests. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, large living room with TV and internet and 180-degree sea views. 3 large bedrooms and all with the most beautiful views of Flensborg Fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensborg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus „Smuk Have“ begeistert Sie bereits bei der Ankunft durch idyllische Ruhe und Natur pur. Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt fernab vom Trubel. Ein besonderes Highlight: Ein offener Kamin. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattete. Es gibt einen großen Naturgarten komplett umzäunt und dieser besitzt auch einen Grillplatz.
