Quiet area, within walking distance of a shopping centre, art museum, grocery store/bakery, outdoor swimming facilities, great hiking areas and good bus connections. We have two cute and friendly cats. You don't have to stay inside if you don't want to. They have food, water and insulated beds in sheds with cat flaps. We do not want to rent to groups of party-minded young people because this is a family home.

The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a six year old daughther, and a three -year old boy, so there is child-equipment and toys available.

The holiday home was newly refurbished in April 2026. Well-equipped kitchen with most of the things you might need for cooking. You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games rooms (billiards, darts, table tennis and mini golf). Upon request, we have ball for sand volleyball and football. Everything is in place for you to thrive! Please note: The pool is only open and heated between 15 May and 15 September.
