There is room for everyone around the long table, and in the living rooms for a piano lesson or relax with a good book in front of the fireplace. Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a four year old daughther, and a two-year old boy, so there is baby chairs, babybeds, and changing tables available.

Spend your Holiday in our home - close to both nature and the city. Our home is just a short drive from Pulpit rock, one of Norways most popular tourist attractions. There are also endless other hiking and fishing possibilities nearby. If you want to spend a day in the city, Stavanger is just 25 minutes away. Our home has all your family need, and a large garden for the summer days. At the terrace you'll find both a grill and a pizza oven. In the garage there is a Tesla charger.

Feriehus med oppvarmet basseng!

The holiday home is under full renovation and the pictures are therefore not identical to reality. We will post the correct photos once the renovation is complete, around 1 April 2026! You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games rooms (billiards, darts, table tennis and mini golf). Upon request, we have ball for sand volleyball and football. Everything is in place for you to thrive! The pool is open and heated from 15 May to 15 September.

10 min gåavstand til Stavanger sentrum. Stor hage på 1.4 mål hvor hele familien kan nyte late dager. Det er parkering til flere biler på eiendommen. Det er også et koselig oransjeri i hagen som er et ekstra oppholdsrom (lounge, spiseplass, arbeidsrom) som gir litt middelhavsstemning i hagen også på kjølige kvelder. Nydelig eiendom tegnet av arkitekt Lars Storhaug i 1920.
