The cabin was new in February 2017. It is modern, functional and has a panorama view, a perfect basecamp for a variety of hikes and trips in addition to relaxing around the cabin. The area offers great possibilities for fishing trout in the mountain lakes and salmon in the Bjerkreimselva, listed as one of the best salmon rivers in Norway! Try also the Kodlom lake just outside the door! In the winter season, Stavtjørn is well known for its excellent cross country and alpine skiing terrain.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

We have spent the winter of 2021 renovating the old cottage that has been standing here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will enjoy themselves here at Brekkekanten as well as we do. Great family apartment on the first floor with stunning views of Lysefjord. You won't get any closer to the fjord. The apartment has a double terrace door facing the fjord. You get a feeling of being "at sea" when you enter the apartment. Large bedroom with double bed, with the option of shutting down two extra beds if there are many of you sharing the apartment. The other bedroom has a family bunk with room for two downstairs and one person upstairs.
