Historic house in old Stavanger

Andasmauet 10 is a small house from 1838 in the middle of Stavanger. The ceiling height is low, the floor squeaks and the windows are handmade with brushes. Yes, I guess it's just the way an 186 year old house should be. Here you get to experience living in one of the houses in what is designated as Northern Europe's best preserved wooden house buildings. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is sofa bed in the living room. Both kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated in 2025. NOTE: The stairs are original and steep!

Small basement apartment for 1 possibly 2 persons.

My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave oven++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

Maria’s hus

Peaceful area in the center of Stavanger. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer dare to rent to profiles without references. 3 min. walk to the beginning of the city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is our home and is rented out when we are away. NOTE that the bed in the master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard.

House near pulpitrock, amazing view. 1-6 persons

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.
