Here there are very good sun conditions all day and until the sun sets in the west. The location is very good considering all the possibilities that exist in Jæren. The grocery store is only 350 m away, while the nearest town, Bryne, is only 5 km away.

The traffic is flowing very well, with no queues. It takes about 25 minutes by car from the house to the exhibition centre. It takes about 35 minutes by car from Sola Airport to the house.
