Høy standard,moderne, romslig og komfortabelt med panoramautsikt over de mektige fjellene og Giljastølsvannet. Sauna ved vannet. Fint turterreng til alle årstider med mange turstier. Godt utgangspunkt for dagsturer til Månafossen,Preikestolen,Lysefjorden/-botn,Kjerag,Jærstrendene, Byrkjedalstunet,Gloppedalsura.Kort vei til Kongeparken,Stavanger og Sandnes. Fiske- og bademuligheter. Huset ligger 400 moh med skitrekk og -løyper om vinteren. Huset passer godt for 2 familier som vil feriere sammen.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

House near pulpitrock, amazing view. 1-6 persons

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Andasmauet 10 er et lite hus fra 1838 midt i Stavanger. Takhøyden er lav, gulvet knirker og vinduene er håndlagde med sprosser. Ja, det er vel nettopp sånn et 186 år gammelt hus skal være. Her får du oppleve å bo i et av husene i det som er utpekt som Nord-Europas best bevarte trehusbebyggelse. Huset består av 2 soverom, kjøkken, stue og bad. Det er sovesofa i stuen. Både kjøkken og bad er totalrenovert i 2025. OBS! Trappen er original og bratt!

I have the perfect wood house in Stavanger city center! My house contains a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen in the 2nd floor - with 52 inch Sony smart TV/Apple TV/Chrome/Netflix/Wi-Fi/Sonos audio system - and a bigger bathroom in the 3rd floor with bathtube. Suitable for 1-5 persons. 1 minute walk to the Pulpit Rock Ferry and very close to city center with all its facilities.

Naustet er helt nytt og en del av sjøhusmiljøet mot Soknasundet. Det er brygge med fiskemulighet. Bygg og møbler er laget av den anerkjente arkitekten Espen Surnevik. Dersom dere kommer med båt er det god plass til båten ved brygga. Naustet er en del av Sokn Gard (se fb) som har mange dyr dere kan besøke, og garden har 5 km tursti.
