Wonderful 6-person holiday home in the meadows and on the open water in the heart of the Frisian lakes. Not suitable for groups of young people. Our house is in a unique location, among the meadows and right on the open water. Here you have the holiday feeling right away! From the beautiful garden you have a wide view, you can sit in the sun on one of the two terraces on the water, swim in front of the door and from the private jetty (12 m) you can sail up the Frisian lakes.

Our cottage is located directly on the water and offers you the possibility to dock your boat at a 16 m long private jetty. Due to the south orientation of the property, the garden is in the sun all day long. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately, I have been forced to increase prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you will ALL come back anyway.

This amazing family home is located on the beautiful estate 'Heerlijkheid De Eese'. A vast nature reserve on the border of Drenthe, Friesland and Overijssel. The villa is cozy, full of comforts and stylishly furnished. There is an extensive luxury kitchen, several lovely sofas in the living room and 4 bedrooms with good beds. These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful unobstructed view over the Poelen, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lakes area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electrosloep! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh sandwiches. But also a day trip over the Frisian lakes is a quiet sensation!

Our modern and comfortably furnished vacation home is located on the Slotermeer and within walking distance of the picturesque town of Balk. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious garden and has enough space for 6 people. The house is located on a small holiday park with 18 houses. At 50 meters is a sandy beach and the cozy beach pavilion "Badmeester Keimpe" with a super terrace. The marina and the boat rental are at 100 meters away.
