The villa is cozy, full of comforts and stylishly furnished. There is an extensive luxury kitchen, several lovely sofas in the living room and 4 bedrooms with good beds. The garden is huge, has two terraces and there is an outdoor shower. A unique house in one of the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands!

(6 to 15p) This detached Mansion from 1935 is located right in the center of Emmen just a few minutes' walk from the shopping center, the station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upstairs apartment is about half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bath, shower and 2 toilets. This space can accommodate up to 16 people. The minimum booking is 6 people 2 nights. Final cleaning at an extra cost if desired

At 600 m is an 18-hole golf course and Grand Café Martensplek with a fine kitchen.
