Our country house is located in the middle of nature, on the border of beautiful wooded area and an old river arm with behind it a meadow with sheet field cows and their calves. Nature reserve. Spacious and complete country house is architecturally designed and has five bedrooms (twelve beds). Two bathrooms, fully equipped cooking island, two living rooms and various terraces. There is an extra bed in the guest living room downstairs. Wonderfully quiet location and the town center of Ommen is within cycling and walking distance.

In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the groynes. In the evening, sitting by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the atmospheric centre of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoying the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go up the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.

Mansion complete upper house (for groups)

(8-16 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from the nightlife, train station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upper house is more than half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. From our house you can walk and bike directly along old paths or visit for example Het Drents Museum, Zippa Fun-jungle, Museumdorp Orvelte or do the Drentse Brocanteroute. At 600 m is an 18-hole golf course and Grand Café Martensplek with a fine kitchen.
