The cottage is built from local materials from an ecological point of view. There is running (spring) water in the house, also a beautiful shower (warm). In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to indulge in culinary delights. Basics such as spices and oils are available on site (organic). You will sleep on a 140 cm wide natural rubber mattress. The grounds around the house invite you to marvel, linger and make a campfire. There is hardly any mobile reception and no internet👌🏾

82 sqm apartment with separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi and pool table. A hot tub right on the terrace with a grill, used only by vacation guests. Very private and secluded. Ideal for vacationers, families with children, guest workers, motorcyclists, hikers. The mountain bike trail starts right outside the front door! Max. medium-sized dogs allowed Very quiet location by the Palatinate Forest. Shops and a bus stop are within walking distance.

Cozy stay near the Palatinate Forest

This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. On the outside with old beautiful sandstone, modern from the inside. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with family bed(3m) there we sleep 4 :) You can pull out the couch. A muggy game room and a storage room with washer-dryer are also available. Since March 2024, there is finally Wi-Fi :) If you need tips for the things to do, please don't hesitate to reach out

Cozy one-room apartment

The apartment is located very quietly close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. By car, it takes about 8 minutes to get to the city center or train station and 5 minutes to the university. About 100 m from the apartment, you will find the bus stop on weekdays, buses run in different directions every 16 minutes. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
