With loving attention to detail, this half-timbered house, built around 1900, is being renovated and stylishly furnished in a good location with beautiful views. In the state-recognised recreation area of Suhl in the Thuringian Forest, everyone gets their money's worth. Whether for motorcycling on the Rennsteig, hiking, biking, winter sports in Oberhof or resting on the way through. Within walking distance you can reach the Simson and Weapons Museum, the Ortielenbad, the Congress Centre and the city centre. Pets are allowed in the outdoor house by arrangement.

Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

Located on the outskirts of town in the immediate vicinity of the forest, our cottage is your starting point for numerous activities in the immediate vicinity as well as for excursions to the cultural sites of Thuringia. Well-maintained and well-signposted hiking and biking trails as well as good highway connections and regional train and bus connections.

The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

Holiday home "Leonard" at the edge of the forest

The idyllically located cottage with a size of about 50 square meters has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and space for two people. The cozy holiday home is located in the beautiful health resort of Finsterbergen, right on the edge of the forest and very close to the Rennsteig (5 km). Because of the location, it provides an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest bath with volleyball, mini golf and the tennis court are about 200 m away.

In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer by arrangement.

Elderflower House

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

The 90 sqm holiday home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed.
