It is a three-room apartment with a private entrance, fully air-conditioned and consisting of a living room with sea view, TV (Netflix) and equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. TV and Wi-Fi in the rooms. Outside the house is the garden and a terrace overlooking the sea. A free garage is available.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. The house is located in the central district of the Chiesa del Carmine, a 1 km walk from Piazza Principe train station and close to the historic center, the old port and the Aquarium of Genoa (1 km). It is halfway between the sea and the mountains. You can get almost everywhere on foot! One of a kind, especially for the veranda and its enchanting view.
