Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Stephenson

From the wife : My husband and I stayed here for three nights in Oct 2024, with goals of enjoying the fall foliage and waking up to the sound of lapping waves. Mission accomplished, but with SO MUCH MORE, thanks to this wonderful property. The photos do not do the place justice, in my opinion. The views can’t be beat, and I’ve never experienced a more silent place than on that dock-end, in the middle of the night. I think all the other cabins were occupied, but we only encountered people one time during our visit. Everything was intuitively located for the comfort of the guest (right down to the lighter, kindling and plenty of covered, dry wood at the fire pit). The bed and bedding were very comfortable, the entire place was very clean. We really enjoyed both the fireplace inside and the firepit on the beach. Amber's place was awesome for our family getaway. Lots of weed but kids were able to catch some pan fish off dock. Had bonfire. Locals (bait shop) friendly. House decor and everything went with a color scheme and matched making our stay feel high end/modern/clean. Had everything we needed (even birthday candles which we didn't use/need, but bonus points for the thoughtfulness because I've forgotten candles once or twice in the past!). Large yard.

I don’t think our group that rented this property for the weekend could’ve been any more happier than we were. Very well, built home on a beautiful peaceful lake. Nice big deck on three side sides of the property that you can see the lake from all three sides. BIG fire pit! Nice open living room, dining kitchen area. We are already talking about coming back up again and staying longer.

From check in to check out this house was perfect. Jayna and John we perfect hosts and very easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved the location and all the space the house provided. Every room was immaculate and the house had everything you would need for an extended stay. We cannot say enough great things about our stay and will definitely be back!

one of the best host and home away from home. Super clean, equipped with all the necessary items, patio, garden, play area, games, books, TV etc. etc. you have everything in this place. Alison was very helpful and responded with 5-10 mins. I loved her house and already recommended it my friends.

This was a great stay! The house is so cute and includes many updates. It is close to many restaurants and shopping in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this house to others and won’t hesitate booking again for future travels to Door County.

The place was just right for our girls getaway. It had a great location right on the lake. Since it was late fall it was very quiet. Would love to come back when it is warm to enjoy the water. The place itself was wonderful, the picturea didn't deceive.

Our daughter was getting married in town & we needed a place that allowed dogs. The house had a fenced in yard & was perfect! It is so cute & clean and modern. Loved it!! Stephanie also was kind enough to let us know we could check in early and no rush to check out. We really appreciated that because there was alot we had to do and it made everything else easier. Stephanie responded right away. Great stay!! Thank you❤️

Great Airbnb! Quaint suite apartment right on the water and a few minutes walk to lots of great restaurants and activities. Perfect area for great bike rides and nature hikes too. We'll stay there again!

Super cute Airbnb. Very welcoming and beds are extra comfortable. Incredibly clean and a lot of extras included. Response was within minutes when we needed wood for the fire pit. Definitely recommend this adorable place to stay.

I enjoyed my 5 nights stay at Lois’s place. She is very helpful , welcoming, sincere,understanding and accommodating. I had no regret staying at this home. Everywhere was spotless and tidy. Great place to stay. Very cozy and quiet.

We really enjoyed Jon’s place. It’s located in a quiet area yet within an easy drive to all the attractions of Door County. The place is very spacious and could easily accommodate 6 people, but had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and other amenities. We appreciated the provided coffee and the coffeemaker, as well as all included kitchen accessories. The grill on the balcony was a great addition as well and we enjoyed cooking dinner on the night of our arrival. Thank you again for a great place to stay!

This place was absolutely stunning! Even though my girlfriend and I came up in the off season, Rob and Suzie still had recommendations on what to do around! The place was beautiful with a wide open concept, spacious but compact kitchen full of anything you needed. Something that really caught my eye was the shower and how it was a walk right in and out almost like a locker room shower but a lot more private. If you’re looking for a place that is in walking distance to all the little shops on Main Street, this Is the perfect place.

I’ve been to dozens upon dozens of Airbnb‘s. Michelle and Dave’s place was hands-down my favorite. Wonderful family, and a beautiful pair of dogs to love as well! My daughter’s and I absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely be back.

Great spot with a beautiful waterfront view and not too far from lambeau field. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend!

This cabin was in the perfect location that we had for a friends wedding. If you are feeling up to it, safely go down the hill by the river, it is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous and so worth it!

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend getaway. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin was immaculate. They did a great job with the renovations, and it was super cute. We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the cottage and the Lake. We made good use of the paddle boat, the fire pit and the fireplace. The fall colors were gorgeous- reflecting in the lake at sunrise and sunset and the privacy and peacefulness of the area was just what we needed. Ian was super responsive and helpful. we would love to come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay it was cold and kind of rainy so we didn’t do much outside but everything was pretty nonetheless, house was amazing and as described, Thankyou Erin and Bryan for our amazing stay.

Our family stayed here for 5 days! The cozy cabin, fully stocked kitchen, all the amenities and great Host touches that were personal to us upon our arrival was just so amazing and I can’t think of a better Air BNB experience we have ever had. Margaret & Chris were so amazing, so helpful, and just genuinely great people. Anything we needed, Margaret was just a text away,and she never made me feel like a bother. 100/100 , recommending to everyone I know❤️

Ken's Creek Cide Cabin was exactly what we expected it to be. It would be even better during the summer months, but we loved the peaceful and private setting during our wintery stay. There are a good variety of kitchen supplies, the beds and furniture are comfortable and there were no plumbing issues! Thanks, Ken!
