Both rooms on the ground floor can be locked, and they have a private bathroom and a basic kitchen, as well as a dining area, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.The interior is clean and comfortable with south-facing sunlight.It takes about five minutes on foot to the 403 bus stop. From there, it's a direct bus ride of around 10 minutes to SkyTrain stations and Richmond Centre (with a Chinese supermarket, restaurants, a library, a bank, a courier service point, etc.). It's about a 10-minute walk to the Williams Mall, and a 10-minute walk to South Arm Community Park and McRoberts Secondary School.London High School is a ten-minute walk away.5 minutes drive to Fisherman's Wharf, 10+ minutes to the airport.Two rooms with two new 1.5m beds and new bedding, new furniture, 3-person sofa and TV.There are simple condiments available, you can make simple food, suitable for families and friends, can accommodate 4 people.At this time of year, my front and back gardens look absolutely beautiful, and over a hundred varieties of my roses are in bloom.Welcome to enjoy the flowers!
