Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Stichtse Vecht

We were a group of 9 people for my sister's JGA. We were well received and even though the owners house was right next door, we had our space to ourselves. It's a beautiful area there. If you want to stay there in the area perfect, a bit cumbersome for a trip to Amsterdam but it was already possible. However, you have to plan at least 1 hour. However, we were very satisfied overall and can highly recommend the accommodation! It was wonderful and nice☺️ thank you so much!

Fabulous spot on the water, friendly and welcoming reception. House has fascinating design features. Outside space and paddle boat great when the sun is out.

We spent 3 nights in the cottage. Very nice tastefully decorated and very well furnished cottage with car accessibility and parking. Gite located in a very pretty city, within walking distance and with all the necessary shops. Gite near Amsterdam (20 minutes to access a P+R) but also close to Utrecht. Perfect!

Our week end at Mickey’s was very nice. The house is very spacious and peaceful. We loved the big windows and the garden. We also enjoyed some trips to Amsterdam even if it is better to go by car rather than with public transport which are longer. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect (we were a group of 8 friends including 2 couples). Mickey was even available on during the week in case we needed some help or just to answer to our questions. There is a supermarket really close to the house (5 min by walk) which is also really helpful!

We stayed at this stunning house set in the country side in Amsterdam. We were a group of six ladies and just felt right at home. We commuted from Amsterdam to the house via uber which was so easy ! We walked into the local town and around the area with stunning scenery and lots of cafes etc within 2 km. Lots of wildlife to see and the walking was really easy as it was all on the flat. We tried local ice cream too. Next to the house was the most stunning views and cafe that we sat drinking ginger tea, cava and lattes. The food was homemade and wonderful. We wish we could go back ! The house was spacious with large areas for our group to sit and eat together, we enjoyed the garden and the views. Our host was super helpful and responsive. Overall we had an amazing break and cannot fault it !

The stay in this house was very nice! It's a really quiet and private place. You can sit outside, there are bicycles at your disposal and inside it is cozy. We could walk beautifully nearby. The house was clean, the communication was good and fast and the bed is really nice!! It is also mouse quiet at night. Recommended!

Our stay at Nicolette’s holiday cottage exceeded our expectations! Nicolette and Remco welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. We really appreciated how accessible and approachable they were, and their recommendations were very helpful! The cottage was quiet and cozy, and had everything we needed. Being along the bike trail and the river gave us so many opportunities for fun adventures! We look forward to coming back!

Lida's tiny house was so lovely. The location was amazing too. My husband and I cycled from Amsterdam to Abcoude and it was super easy to get to. The train station from Lida's place is so close and convenient especially on a bike. It's walkable to the station, but I'd recommend using your own bike or the bikes Lida has on offer for you to use. Lida and Remco are fantastic hosts with plenty of info about things to do and see in the local area. They make you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan on staying again! Thank you so much Lida and Rem!

We had a wonderful peaceful stay here. This is a great place if you need a break from the busy city. This place is cozy and so restful ❤️

We were two for 2 nights there. The reception was very warm and friendly. The bikes available were a great way to go for a cozy evening lap or to be able to shop in less than 20 minutes. With our car, we drove to Zandvoort to the sea in just under 1 hour. It was incredibly relaxing and the area is very nice.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Everything is clean and tidy. The communication was very good. Always quick responses and super friendly. I'd love to come back :)

Jan Peter's place is lovely. The neighbourhood is wonderful and some good restaurants around. the house itself was very convenient and neat.

The harbor courtyard was easy to find, the check in was just hassle-free. The apartment fully corresponded to the description. The highlight is the view of the Loosdrechter Ser. The supermarket on the opposite side of the street makes your shopping very easy. The central location ( about 10 minutes to the highway) allow quick access to the sights. will be happy to come back. Clean and cozy just like we expected. The location to vondelpark was superb. Easy to find and a beautiful street. Felt safe staying there.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Peter was very friendly and responsive. The place has a very nice backyard, and the appartment is surrounded with many shops and coffees. The location is so good, there’s no need for any transportation, you can walk everywhere. Thanks to Peter for hosting us in this lovely apartment.

A lovely home which is well connected by the metro close by. Ajay was also very responsive and helpful. The apartment is modern and very clean, can only recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

An incredible welcome to the property. Very clear and easy communication. Basic bed and breakfast but had any amenities we needed and more. The bed was one of the most comfortable we ever had! Great location, peaceful but close to the hustle and bustle and near tram stop. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again! Thank you!

We had very nice days in Amsterdam - and the apartment is super quiet, but the city center is still easily accessible. We felt very comfortable and the playground opposite our children was a lot of fun. Thanks to the hosts, they were always available very friendly! I'd love to come back!!
