Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a double bed for two persons, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a TV as well as children's books. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private balcony.

A bakery selling fresh baked goods is within walking distance. Various farm shops and alpine dairies offering traditional Allgäu cheese are just a few minutes away by car. This newly renovated 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor invites you to relax and unwind. One bedroom has a bed of size 180 x 200 cm and the second bedroom has a bed of 140 x 200 cm. A large balcony in quiet surroundings lets you distance yourself from everyday stress. One dog is allowed, please do not leave it alone in the apartment. The bathroom has a corner bathtub, daylight and separate shower. With us, a maximum of 4 people can relax in this spacious apartment.

Our apartment is in a very quiet area but all kinds of activities are within easy reach: ski resorts, hiking trails, mountains, swimming pools and much more. With good snow conditions, there is a cross-country ski trail next to the house and behind the house children can toboggan and romp in the snow. Features: There are many animals to see as we live on a farm Chickens, dogs, cats, cows, calves, guinea pigs, quails, donkeys. Fresh milk and eggs every day!

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials.
