Located on a hillside, it is a balcony on the Burgundy countryside, in the Tonnerrois near Chablis and at the gates of Champagne. It is a quiet, minimalist and a warm retreat located in an orchard among the fruit trees. The Canal de Bourgogne is 7 km away. A sky often fabulous for astronomy lovers.
