Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Stintino

A beautiful and very quiet house. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to Sassari (10 minutes By car). The artistic and very individual furnishings make the charm of the house. Highlights are the large pool and the very well-equipped kitchen with a large window overlooking the green valley. We were there with three children, who felt very comfortable (toys and books are available). Those who appreciate a great Airbnb experience peace and privacy are in excellent hands at Elvira.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Excellent welcome from Sébastiano who helped us transport our luggage, he was available to each of our requests. The accommodation is spotless with beautiful views of Bosa, up to the sea. If you are 4 couples, you should know that as indicated one of the bedrooms is smaller, without air conditioning but equipped with a fan, the other 3 are very beautiful. All 4 bedrooms have bathroom and toilet and it's very nice.

Angel has a very nice place in Alghero! It is even better in person than in pictures. Perfect location, tidy, nicely maintained garden, nice accommodation, good air conditioning, Wi-Fi, clean swimming pool. We thought it was a nice location because you can go from here to Bosa as well as Castelsardo. Everything in between can be reached within the hour. Trentino, La Pelosa and Asinara are also feasible from here. A short distance to Alghero. It is a very beautiful region, the coastal region and the beaches are beautiful. Angel is helping you very well, whatever question you have. You have an answer at a very short notice. He's making a lot of efforts to help you further. Upon arrival, a welcome package was offered, very nice to have something in your ice box, to nibble, really a welcome feeling! In addition, Angel wanted to cook for us the first evening, without obligation. Extremely nice touch. We enjoyed it with Angel as a perfect professional and warm host!

friendly, warmhearted people, and so are the dogs. great hospitality. down to earth. we just felt home and welcome. we loved the setup of our stazzu and the whole place. a hideaway in the maccia, no noise, no lights but starlight. we´ll try to come back. all the best, jo&afra

Great place to stay, it was very private and peaceful with easy access to Aggius and all the sites nearby. Mattea was very easy to talk to, helpful and accommodating. We regret that we didn’t stay longer and we can highly recommended the place.

Giuseppe’s house was easy to find. and located in a peaceful street . lt was absolutely stunning with two large bedrooms plus an extra bed in the TV room which is perfect for our daughter.. we were a group of five people (4 adults, 1 child and a small dog). We were all very comfortable in this lovely 🥰 home! There was a balcony so we can sit and have our morning coffee while overlooking the road and a really cosy backyard as well. It was in walking distance to local shops and also pizzeria & café nearby. There was a full kitchen, which made it cook lunches and dinners plus the washing machine as well so we could do laundry. We loved this house that we quickly described as a little paradise. Super suitable with young children. The BBQ area is very comfortable, the small pool in the middle of greenery is beautiful and the garden is just amazing. The house is certainly small enough for a family of 5 but very well thought out so we never felt cramped!! Jesse and Alyssa were super nice and helped us find activities suitable for our kids. They also generously provided us with all the fruits of the orchard and we enjoyed ourselves with it every day. We had a lot of trouble from this place...

We spent 2 nights in Laura's apartment with our 2 children. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and convenient to visit Porto Torres and surroundings. Laura is a friendly and considerate host.

I stayed in Valeria's apartment in the middle weeks of August with my wife and another couple of friends and we were very satisfied! The location is strategic: a short walk from the center of Porto Torres and the sea, the apartment is located in front of a shopping center (essential for being able to stock up at any time of the day) and is in the immediate vicinity of the provincial roads that allow you to reach the most popular destinations. Equipped with all possible amenities (air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi, etc.) and extremely clean, we were particularly impressed by the spaces that can accommodate up to 6 adults together without problems. Valeria was an exceptional host: although we were only able to interact remotely, she was always responsive, helpful, friendly and attentive to ensuring that we never missed anything. In short, we felt really pampered!

we had a great experience! The place is spacious internally and with a pleasant outdoor space. very close to the beach and the town center. well-stocked, it allows a large group of people to stay with peace of mind. lenka was exquisite, present, and flexible. we recommend it to everyone!

Francesco welcomed us warmly and spent all the time we needed to understand how to enjoy the kitchen, laundry, heaters, linens, bathrooms. The furniture in the house was in very good condition and generous in accommodations. The living room had a two large couches which allowed the whole family to relax together, the kitchen had a dining table that comfortably sat all six of us for breakfast, though we used the terrace dining area most meals. The beds were very comfortable, and there was lots and lots of closet space! Francesco had a great collection of sand toys for the kids, and the beach was just a block away. The neighborhood had a park, and the neighbors were friendly. We were fortunate to experience Alghero in April with empty beaches and warm weather. The beach area is generous and the water depth is very shallow. It a great air bnb for families in just about every way. Francesco was quick to answer our questions and very helpful. We wished we had stayed longer!

We had a great week at Anna's and what a pleasure. Beautiful welcome, a superb place with a breathtaking sunset view. Quiet place, note that we were lucky to have neighbors who were also quiet, which made the stay even more exceptional, but if the neighbor is noisy, it can be annoying. lucky to have two beautiful warm days in late October. We also managed to swim in the beautiful pool of the accommodation... it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it. Yee!

We had a wonderful week at Silvia's house. The house is super quiet, very well equipped and Silvia was always immediately available as a host, sent us great excursion tips for the area and recommendations for restaurants. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful holiday with very nice people. Maria and Erica are very friendly and warm hosts. We were received in a very friendly manner and received a lot of information about the area and possible activities. The place was very nice, clean and equipped with everything needed. The view from the terrace was incredibly beautiful! We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend this accommodation!

A beautiful detached villa in a private vacation home complex with several terraces and breathtaking sea views on all sides. In good weather you can see as far as Corsica and have the sunset directly in front of you over the sea. Very quiet. Very nice beaches in the immediate vicinity, easily accessible by car. On site, a very friendly welcome and very good and smooth communication with the host Alessandro. We enjoyed our time there with our 3 children! A great family place!

We spent five days in Sennori and were immediately overwhelmed by Marzia's hospitality and the top equipped house and very well-kept garden. When we arrived in the evening we found a set table, and Marzia had even shopped for us! This allowed us to prepare a delicious dinner and enjoy a very good red wine. A dream! Unfortunately, we could not use the great roof terrace due to the rather cool and partly wet April weather. Marzia lives right next door, which did not disturb us at all due to her warm and discreet personality. The living area that holiday guests have available is located on two floors. Downstairs are the kitchen and living room, upstairs are two bathrooms and three bedrooms. You can just feel comfortable. Our excursions took us to Sassari, Alghero and the stunning Caribbean beach of La Pelosa. Thank you for everything, dear Marzia!

We had a great time in the villa and would come back any time! We really liked the house, the great pool and the beautiful garden. Many thanks to Norman for the flexibility at check-in!

We really liked the place. The terrace in front of the house and on the roof was the highlight. There are many extra blankets available, for slightly fresher evenings on the terrace. It has two showers, very comfortable beds and except for a somewhat small kitchen, all very comfortably furnished. We were 5 people and we didn't lack anything. Communication with Matteo was straightforward and quick. Highly recommend.

We spent 10 nights in early October in Michele's villa. The property is really fantastic. House is separated in 2 floors. Ground floor: large kitchen-living room with dining table for 8 people + sofa area. Front garden with covered table for 8 people + couch area. Adjacent to it is a large lawn. In addition, there is a guest toilet with washer/dryer on the first floor as well as two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1x shower, 1x huge bathtub). 2nd floor: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom + small kitchenette. The 2nd floor is accessible via a separate entrance only from the outside. In the back garden is a large pool and the barbecue area with another table. The rear garden can be reached from the front but also via the bedroom doors on the ground floor. House is very clean, everything you need is there. Michele is super accessible. The only disadvantage: in the off-season, very few restaurants are open and we have a lot of mosquitoes.

our fourth summer vacation in this villa, and we are not planning to change anytime soon!
