Cabin holiday rentals in Stone Mountain

Theresa the co-host went out of her way to maintain communication with me. At any point I wanted to give her updates or ask any questions she was only a phone call away. I felt super welcomed and safe. She stocked the house with all of your basic food needs. There was a surplus of kitchen supplies to make a home cooked meal. Parking at the well and hiking up to the cabin with my belongings was quite a challenge It's about 65 steps. Once up there I took full advantage of the Hottub. I recommend to any guests to bring their own hammock to enjoy swinging in the front porch and listening to the creek. I recommend wearing hiking shoes to go up to the cabin. I absolutely recommend getting to the cabin way before dark, and if unable bring your own headlamps and flashlights. Be hyper prepared if you've never been into isolated wilderness like that. If you are looking for a peaceful, calming stay for a great price, this is the one! Louis was an amazing host that was very responsive to any question that we had during our stay which made everything seamless! The hot tub is a MUST on the cool evenings & is what drew me to this Airbnb and it delivered! My fiancée & I loved it and found the stay very calming with plenty of outdoor activities to do in the area ☺️

Enjoyed our stay. Watuga River out back in a quiet neighborhood. And, the short walk to Grandfather Vineyard made it even better.

Serenity Falls is beautiful inside and out! Very relaxing and peaceful. The comfy bed, hot tub, waterfall, and flowing water beside the house made for a very enjoyable and restful trip. Some places do not have comfortable beds or clean hot tubs, this place was great! Also plenty of towels and blankets. Too steep of terrain for us to hike, but was a beautiful location - would love to see when the rhododendrons are blooming. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

When they set up this place they really thought about everything it was the first Airbnb that I’ve been to that they have everything Tylenol, Q-tops, hair ties, they even had water, soda and snacks. it was nicely decorated and very peaceful the hot tub was definitely a nice feature to have. We’ll definitely return.

If you're looking for a cabin that feels like home this is it. The cabin was very clean and appeared just like it did in the photos provided. The bed is very comfortable and the bathrooms have heated floors which is very amazing. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this cabin.

We came for peace and quiet to celebrate my birthday. It was a beautiful cabin and everything was as described. The peace and beauty got us talking about moving to the area from Florida’s overly crowded stress we live in. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back!

Natasha’s cabin stay was even better than expected. The photos don’t do justice as to how beautiful and spacious it is! All of the furniture and decor make you feel cozy and right at home. Being surrounded by lots of nature, great food and activities made for the perfect birthday weekend. So looking forward to the next time!!

Our stay was wonderful. There was so much to do in the area that we were always kept busy, it was nice to have a place that felt like home to go back to. We loved that it was pet friendly and can’t wait to go back with the pets!

We loved the peace and quiet and yet the cabin was close to town. It had everything we needed with some extra touches which made it feel like home. I highly recommend stay at Brenda's Chicken Coop. She and her husband were wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Husky Hideaway! Our kids and dogs loved playing outside while we relaxed on the porch. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved having their own space in the loft! The home is in a great location that feels private but safe and is just a short trip to so many fun activities and restaurants. This is a great place for a relaxing family retreat.

This is our second time staying at Banjo’s Cabin. We loved our stay. The hosts are very kind and understanding. We loved our stay how homey and peaceful it is here and would definitely recommend Banjos cabin to anyone looking for some peace& quite away from everything. It’s nice to sit out and listen to the creek in the morning drinking coffee. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for sharing your home!

Had an excellent stay here with our two dogs. The house was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The little touches like having a dog crate and dog bowls available made it even better. We had to use 4-wheel drive to get up the steep driveway after rain and snow came through, but otherwise it wasn’t an issue. The location was far away enough to have peace and privacy, but close enough to easily access shops and restaurants in town. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed a couple days in the mountain cabin. Cabin was comfortable with everything you would need. It has breathtaking views and was very peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the fields and mountains. It is very close to Grayson Highlands for hiking and searching for waterfalls. Made a donation to their non profit to have a tour of the farm of rescued animals. Thank you Connie. You can see their passion and love for the animals and what they are doing. For a wonderful stay near the park and in addition your stay can help support their mission, this is an excellent opportunity for a beautiful vacation.

This cabin was the perfect mountain escape! Tucked away in the woods of North Carolina, it offered the peace and quiet we were hoping for, along with all the charm of a rustic retreat. The cabin was clean, welcoming, and filled with character. The fire pit outside was a favorite spot to wind down in the evenings, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. The hot tub was such a relaxing bonus after a long day of hiking. The host was incredibly thoughtful and great with communication—always quick to respond and so kind. We also loved the unique touch of having antiques set up throughout the cabin, available for purchase—it made the space feel even more special and personal. We felt completely at home and loved how thoughtful the little touches were. If you’re looking for a quiet, woodsy getaway with vintage charm and mountain air, this place is it. We’ll absolutely be back!

very cute place by the river. very quiet, place had all the basic needs. upstairs loft was so nice for sleeping. all around great place for a quiet weekend or weekend of fishing.

A friend and I stayed for a long weekend while attending MerleFest. 30-40 minutes commute to the festival, but very easy. Went to West Jefferson one morning for lunch and shopping. The cabin was just as described. Would love to go back with my husband when the Rhododendron are blooming. So peaceful and beautiful.

Best Airbnb we’ve ever rented anywhere. The house is as promised, spotless, and well appointed. You will not run out of plates, glasses, or forks for once. I had a question, Trisha got right back to me. Only a few minutes to Beech skiing. Please be good to this house and these owners, they are sincere and dedicated and have a beautiful home. We’ll be back, it was so good to have this time with our (almost grown) kids!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. Convenient location to restaurants and activities while also providing privacy. The cabins were cozy and charming and had just what we needed. Most importantly, the pups loved exploring and had a great time too!

I thanked Lisa for building a cabin that was perfect for me. Fire place, singing creek at the end of the yard, close to everything and tucked away nicely. And the most comfortable chairs for reading. The wi-fi was strong enough to reach to the creek. Which allowed me to watch the PBS Newshour by the creek….but maybe I should have paid more attention to the creek and less attention to the news. Great place!

Cute quite little cabin in a golf course community. Just as described. Perfect for our stay to see the Brown mtn lights. We plan on staying again in Oct because we loved it so much.

Comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked . Walkable to the ski slopes. We would stay there again.
