Holiday rentals in Stone Ridge

We had a great stay! Perfect location in Georgetown, and excellent communication with the hosts!

This is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. The best highlight is definitely a super nice and spacious backyard, especially if traveling with pets or kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall excellent experience and enjoyed talking to the friendly & caring hosts too.

This is the 5th Airbnb in downtown Frederick MD that we've stayed in within the past 6 months and we feel was the best. The only thing that could make it better would be private parking, but the property cannot accommodate that, so the hosts having a parking pass for the garage down the street is a good alternative. We rate this Airbnb as the best so far for decor inside & outside, accommodations (thanks for the coffee setup!), bed (a comfortable king), bath (best shower by far!) , and location. Terry was very detailed in instructions, and we appreciate that. Folks will enjoy their stay at Terry's place.

SUCH a cute place! Super clean inside and out! The hot tub was perfect and ready to go when I got there. It's also an easy commute to Winchester and farmers markets. Perfect for a girls night or a couples get away.

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Check-in was easy, and the motion-sensored lights were a nice touch when returning to the apartment at night. The pictures matched exactly, and the space was very cozy and comfortable. I had a car and was always able to find a nearby parking spot on the street, no matter what time I returned. The neighborhood was beautiful—there’s a park nearby with bikes and scooters available, a charming coffee shop with small bites, and a great Italian restaurant within walking distance that the host recommended. My stay in D.C. was delightful! Would definitely stay again!
