Alles bevind zich op de begane vloer en is voorzien van keuken met fornuis, afwasmachine, en oven magnetron. De woonkamer is licht en comfortabel. Uw huisdier is van harte welkom. Parkeren kan achterom. Het appartement ligt in afgesloten pollargebied. Je kunt inrijden tussen 6-12.00 uur en tussen 18.00 -20.00 uur. Uitrijden kan altijd.

The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. A terrace for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp carefree. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Cosy furnishings, with fireplace, wood should be brought along by yourself.The cottage has a household equipment with good standard.Access and terrain left natural.Welcome are all guests who want to enjoy nature and peace and respect the nature conservation.Instruction and key handover only possible in German language. Beautiful apartment on the Lower Rhine on a former farmhouse in the main house 1st floor , in the rural area of the LandLebenStadt Geldern. Location central but quiet in a dead end street. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with double sink and bathtub with glass shower wall. A second sofa bed is on the gallery. Child lock: a flap at the top of the stairs.

Sittermansweg

Our 58 m² holiday apartment is located in the annex of a historic farmhouse dating back to 1787. The building is situated in Geldern between Hartefeld and Vernum, surrounded by meadows and fields, almost in a secluded location. A parking space for your car is directly in front of the house. You reach the apartment via a steel staircase with a separate entrance and a wooden terrace, which invites you to have breakfast and relax in the sun.

The cabin of happiness

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The nearby castle and the adjacent forests, wild horses and lakes invite you to take long walks or bike tours. The individual house impresses with its light-flooded rooms and the glass facade, which opens the view into the garden and the beautiful pond. The house is complemented by a conservatory, which gives the opportunity to enjoy nature and tranquility even in less good weather.

Comfortable apartment on the Sturmhof

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. Our dogs, a flock of chickens and geese, and several horses and ponies that are allowed to spend their twilight years here live with us.
