Summer, sun, cactus! In our small apartment "Familien Bude" in Kiel-Schilksee you immediately have a holiday feeling! Because: on the large balcony facing SW, you have sun all day! Directly at the marina you can walk on the promenade towards the beach. (Only about 100m from the apartment!) Restaurants, playgrounds, beach, ice cream parlour, fish sandwiches, cafés & a grocery store are in the immediate vicinity! It is designed for families with 1-2 (small) children!

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Guest house in Altenholz-Klausdorf

Experience a pleasant stay in our lovingly prepared guest house. In the quiet, yet easily accessible Altenholz Klausdorf, it is ideal for families, bachelors, travelers, everyone is welcome here. The house is an annex to our actual house. So you can say it's half of a semi-detached house. If you like to visit the beach, it is only about 4 km away from us. The nearest bus stop is right around the corner, just a 1-minute walk. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Downtown apartment in the Olympic harbor Schilksee

The 1-room apartment, modernized in 2022, is located in the middle of the Schilksee Olympic Harbor. The terrace faces southwest into the countryside. In the apartment you will find a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a modernized shower room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, as well as a dining area for 4 people. Linens, towels, hairdryer and the classic kitchen and bathroom utensils are at your disposal.

New with garden near the water

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. We rent out our beautiful, newly renovated studio with its own south terrace and separate access. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

The apartment is centrally located in the village. Only a few steps to the sea and beach. The approx. 50 m² apartment offers a double bed, a crib and, if necessary, an additional sleeping option on the sofa. A shower, toilet and kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher complete the apartment's offerings. For Kiel Week, separate prices on request.

Take a holiday in a 2021 renovated and well-equipped apartment. The apartment consists of an open plan, spacious and bright room with an open kitchen. Walk the steep coast, take a sup tour on the Kiel Förde, or enjoy a coffee at one of the many restaurants on the beach. Beach and promenade are right outside.
