Welcome to our modern and cozy guesthouse 10 minutes from the city center. The accommodation is from 2022, is 30 sqm and offers a separate bedroom with a 180 bed as well as a bedside futon of 140 cm including mattress topper. Travel cot is offered for families with families. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment and two hot plates. The hot tub is 40 degrees and is included in the property. The accommodation is located 100 meters from the nearest swimming area (jetty) at Lake Mälaren, 1.5 km away there is Mälarhöjdsbadet with sandy beach.

Large garden with private veranda and patio. - Access to charcoal grill and trampoline, tree swings, playhouse, etc. -Tempurpool (4p) for rent (May - Nov). - Walk to the lake (about 700m)goes via the cow pasture with cows in the summer. - 7 km to Sweden's northernmost beech forest at Fånö Castle. - 7 km to Grillby Pizzeria, grocery store Tempo and gas station Qstar. - 2 km to Enköping, 5 km to Uppsala and 8 km to Stockholm. - Dogs are not allowed. Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and its own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Welcome to cozy Tegelbacken

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guesthouse with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. In addition, there is a lovely jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and hot tub you can look out over Sundsörsviken, Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming regardless of the season. Child-friendly beach in the lake is within walking distance. There are nice walkways directly from the farm.

A new Villa Sanda. This house is located high overlooking Lake Mälaren and the area's beach to which you have access. Large plot with large terraces around the whole house, Spa, Orangeri here there is also a sauna. The house is 200 sqm and has a large terrace with lovely evening sun and a view of the water, directly from the kitchen and 2 balconies. Strängnäs Centrum about 10 - 15 minutes away. Large living room that is open to the kitchen with brilliant views towards the water. Absolutely the best option, most welcome.

Welcome to cozy Mariefred and our green little house! The guesthouse is 30 sqm, newly built and is centrally located with 100 meters to the lake and a few minutes walk to Mariefred city center. The guesthouse has an own patio and barbecue but guests can also enjoy swimming pool, jacuzzi and a larger terrace shared with the large dwelling house. When we are not at home you have free and completely private access to all facilities. When we're home, we're happy to let guests have private time in shared spaces.
