Ice skating in case of cold weather and sledding in case of a lot of snow in the yard. * Access to a wood-fired sauna is available for SEK 300 per session. * Grilling at the log cabin in the adjacent forest is available. * Beach at Lake Mälaren is a few kilometers away. * The center of Strängnäs is about half a mile from the farm. * Guests bring their own bed linen and towels, but these can be rented for SEK 50 per guest. Pre-booked. * Eggs and potatoes are available for purchase on the farm.

The house has had the privilege of being included in the popular history and building conservation program on TV, SVT "Det sitter i väggarna" in the fall of 2023. We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. This is a quite little house with one bedroom with a double bed and also a bedroom beside the other one with one single bed for a child. It is a very cosy and typical Swedish red country house in a very quite area where there are no cars passing by. You will just hear birds so it is very peaceful.
