For those of you looking for a house with room for the whole family or just want to get out in the countryside. You will find this house in a family-friendly area about 7 km from Nykvarn's center. Approximately 40 minutes by car to Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen/living room and laundry room. At the back, we have a large patio with a hot tub and barbecue. (hot tub in summer) On the property, there is a playhouse, swings and other things that the children can use 🙂 We are flexible with check-in/check-out.

This house is perfect for a family with children who want to enjoy what Mariefred and surrounding towns have to offer. You can reach Stockholm by train in under 40 minutes and the train station is only 7 minutes walking distance from the house. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to Mariefred. The house is modern, only 4 years old and well adapted for a family with children. In the garden there is a swing, trampoline, 2 rabbits and access to bicycles in different sizes. On the terrace, there are two dining areas and a barbecue.

The house dates back to 1895, but the interior was completely refurbished 2017. Access to private bathing place (shared with another house) and a huge private garden. The house has three bedrooms with 9 beds in total. The kitchen is very well equiped. One bathroom, and one separate toilet. - Tennis courts and two golf courses within 10 min. drive.

Unique architect designed log house with a light and spacious athmosphere. Lush garden with the possibility of various seating areas. Garden partly fenced for dogs. Country home with lots of space both indoors & outdoors for the whole family, situated at the serene island Selaön in lake Mälaren. There is a lot of wild animals like moose and deers in the area. Accessible via a bridge and with close proximity both to the villiage with restaurants and to the lakeside.
