The 2nd fl has a master with a king and attached new bath. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed, the 3rd room has two twin trundle beds. There’s also a full hall bath. The basement playroom has a pool table, trampoline and treadmill. The fenced in yard has a playset, firepit, lounge and dining area. Close to restaurants and beaches!
