Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Stratford

A beautiful home- super comfortable and spacious. It is outfitted with everything you could need. Peaceful location (we stayed in spring/winter- can’t speak to what it would be like in season). Lovely views. Easy to get into town by car (3-5 minutes!). Host was excellent - responsive to any questions or inquiries

The Lake house had stunning views, was cozy, comfortable and the perfect place for our family to stay. We loved the layout and enjoyed the lake view through the windows. We would love to come back.

Very nice house with lots of room to spread out. The tv room was our favorite. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location is not far from grocery store, hiking and wineries. It snowed the night before we left and we were nervous about going down the steep road but the neighborhood does a great job plowing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

I would recommend this place to everyone. Host was attentive. Apartment was immaculate and Viviana was wonderful.

Andy's place was impeccably clean and well-appointed. I cook most of my meals while traveling and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics (oils, spices, soy sauce, vinegar) and all the necessary cookware (including containers & wrap to store leftovers & prepped food items). It was the type of Airbnb that felt more like visiting the home of a friend who had thoughtfully considered anything you might need. (including detergent for laundry & toiletries). This was refreshing in light of many Airbnb's feeling more like a Residence Inn, than a home. As a bonus, Andy has excellent taste in books and I wished my stay was longer so I could have read some of what was on the shelves.

We are very pleased we stayed at Elizabeth’s apartment. To stay at any of the local hotels would’ve been at least 2 1/2 times as expensive. It was close to pretty much everything I wanted to visit since I grew up in the area and was back in the area wanting to go to places like Walter‘s hotdogs, the Mamaroneck diner, The Post Road Market in Rye And get some other local foods like bagels and New York Kaiser rolls. I will definitely be staying at Elizabeth‘s place again when I’m in the area.

Our stay was great, beautiful location. It was a perfect kitchen for our needs with a sunroom to enjoy our meals. The second floor sitting area was a nice bonus for the second floor bedroom.

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice place to stay, close to the main highway.

I stayed here for a month. The apartment was VERY clean when I came. Had everything I needed. It felt like home. Nicole is EXTREMELY responsive and constantly made sure I did not need anything. There is a ton of great food nearby and very walkable area. As listed, there is no elevator so there are quite a bit of stairs. But not terrible. Overall highly recommend this apartment.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.
