Dan was very helpful and informative about surround area. Very kind and inviting, we felt at home. Will highly consider staying here again if or when visiting near. I recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable and cozy stay.

My group & I stayed here for stagecoach. The drive is a bit far, but it didn’t even matter to us. We loved the place & the backyard was a lot of fun. Both host were super responsive & helpful throughout our stay. It was an amazing weekend & I’d stay here again !

My friends and I had a great stay at Alek’s Airbnb. Everything was clean, and we especially enjoyed using the warm pool and amazing outdoor space. Great location and neighborhood! It was also convenient having an EV charger. Communication with Alek was great, and he was very responsive. I’d recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed staying at Kathryn's place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful once we understood how they worked. Kathryn was responsive to all our questions. The beds were comfortable, and nights were quiet in the neighborhood. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. We had a great stay and highly recommend Kathryn's place.

Stayed at the beautiful tree house for my stagecoach weekend with friends, the house is beautiful, clean & organized. it was close to a lot of stores & restaurants making everything convenient. the community is very quiet & peaceful. the address is was very easy to find for us & for our ubers. we definitely enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

The listing was as described and met all expectations. We were at a weekend event in northern Palm Springs so the location worked well for us. Very clean when we checked in, personnel in the office were polite, photos were accurate. Would be great for a bigger group or family who want to cook too.

The condo was very comfortable and it was nice to come "home" after a day out exploring Palm Springs and surrounding areas. I really appreciated that there were already ice cubes in the ice trays as it was getting hot during my visit, so we were able to use the ice right away. The only possible negative was the hallway shower has a low water pressure. But it was good enough that we never had to use the primary bathroom's tub. The water is sufficiently hot. We arrived after dark and we couldn't find the exact condo location. But Roshi called me and walked me through finding it over the phone. Overall the communications have been very responsive and professional.

Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

Beautiful listing with an excellent host! D&J are great communicators and made the entire process seamless and welcoming. This location is a prime spot; central location to downtown Palm Springs with lots to in the surrounding area. Great amenities and excellent taste in decor. 10/10 would recommend to a friend, and I hope to visit again soon! 🌟🌴

Great place very relaxing and quiet, this was our third stay and our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs

Tim is great! Will definitely try to stay here again. Place is peefect! Really close to what we wanted to do in Palm Springs. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. At one point during our stay, I stepped in gum, and Tim the absolute legend had Goo Gone under the sink which totally saved the day. Great communication, helpful and accommodations checkout, A+++

Stayed here for 2nights prior to Stagecoach Festival. 2bed apt was spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The beds were very comfy. The staff onsite were all very friendly and helpful and the pools and hot tubs were a great place to chill prior to going out in the evening. Plenty of free parking was available and Palm Springs main area and grocery shopping were all walkable which was great. Definitely would stay here again.
