Great house that fully matched the descriptions. The house is nicely decorated and there was nothing missing. The location in the mountains is fantastically several hours of hikes from the house. Janine is the contact person on site and is (German speaking) with advice. The bread roll service Janine is also very nice if needed.

I highly recommend this fantastic house, the owner or Andrea, is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean with a large garden. I'll definitely be back.

An authentic house in a narrow alley, with beautiful views from multiple spots in the 3-story house. The house can only be reached by steps by steps. That makes it special. Marco responds super quickly and is very helpful. We were four adults and a small dog and had a good time (10 days). A place to return to!

Very nice and comfortable environment, the host is friendly and welcoming, there is a big supermarket nearby, the lake Maggiore is only 20 minutes away by car, we and the dogs had a great time here, very recommended!

Beautiful place up the hill with a nice location , close to the lake town . Walking distance to a great restaurant with lake view . Peaceful , spacious and clean. Loved the outside garden ! Great communication with the host , would like to visit again !

The view of Lake Maggiore is beautiful. A big plus is the well-kept pool. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Very pleasant experience on Lake Maggiore. Alberto's house made us feel at home, so much so that we preferred to have aperitifs on the terrace overlooking the lake rather than outside. very nice decor, very cheerful, equipped with everything you need even to cook. Wonderful terrace with super view! quiet location perfect to rest but with the village within walking distance. Very convenient parking.

We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

I can only agree with the other positive reviews. Very good location, right on the river, center and promenade within walking distance. Cute, small campsite with a very good pizzeria. The contact with the landlords was very nice.

We had a very pleasant stay. The holiday home is quietly located, with a beautiful view. The indoor space is also spacious and stays "cool" during the warm weather; which is of course very pleasant. In the pool, there were always very few to no people present. Blissful ! With its dimensions of 20 by 8 m, it's wonderful to swim a few laps. At 10-15 min walking distance you are at "Spiaggia di ceresolo". For those who love the tranquility, definitely recommended to go to this: a nice place to swim in the lake. Bring umbrella, because there are no shade spots. We stayed there with 2 teenagers (16-18 yrs)

Fantastic stay in Matteo's cottage. Very kind welcome from the owners, accurate in the presentation of the house and the characteristic places nearby and available for anything. Also welcoming with our dog, who enjoyed ample green spaces (fenced in) to run and play all day. Perfect cleanliness of all rooms that are equipped with all the necessary comforts, a pool is always clean and usable. Tranquility just a stone's throw from beautiful areas to visit.

We had a lovely time in Baveno. Laura is a wonderful host. She is proactive in communication and very helpful with any questions that come up (there was even an info sheet with tips for restaurants and excursions) . The apartment is very well equipped, except for an oven (if you need it) there was nothing missing. Only, the walls to the neighboring apartment are quite audible.

The photos made available on the construction of the chalets made us discover the progress of the work, the beauty and therefore the merit of the 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Bravo! We were surrounded by trees 🌳 and mountains as far 🏔 as the eye can see, it's just beautiful to see. It is a peaceful, quiet, relaxing and disconnecting place for everything you were looking for. Not to mention the spectacle of setting and sunrise over the cottage every day with its large balcony and large bay windows... really soothing! There is the possibility to walk easily, to visit the Sessa gold mine, to eat in restaurants in the nearest city without any worries. I would recommend it closed! Thank you Alois

We had a very good time, accommodation, very clean, there was everything we needed, Cristina was always available for anything. We will definitely be back!

Jill's Chalet Boden is a real gem. The space was comfortable with everything we needed, and plenty of space for 4 people. The views were all beautiful, ranging from picturesque views of the wooded hill to breathtaking views of the mountains and the town in the valley below. The town is cute without being touristy, and the townspeople are very friendly. There's a lot to do within driving distance. Milan and Lake Come are a little over an hour away. Lago Maggiore, along with a couple of smaller and less touristy, though no less beautiful, lakes are a 15 minute drive. I only have two caveats. First, it's not handicapped accessible. The path to the house from the road, while short and not particularly arduous, would be unnavigable for my 87 year old mother, which is a shame as she would absolutely adore this place. You also need a car. Public transportation isn't really an option. But if you can walk reasonably well and have a car, Chalet Boden is amazing. A week wasn't enough.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and nothing is missing. Salt, pepper, oil, even coffee and plenty of blankets and pillows and even a hot water bottle are available. Birgitt is reliable and easily accessible. The only downside is the Seestraße, which goes off the terrace and the front bedroom. It's still quiet when the windows are closed.

We enjoyed our time in the cottage of Cristina and Adolfo! The cottage is located in the middle of the small village, but due to stables it is still very quiet and without direct contact with neighbors. The location is fantastic with the view and tranquility. In the village there are some free-roaming dogs, especially on weekends, which was a bit stressful for us with a dog. During the week it is much quieter. The house is well equipped, very good to heat and the ceilings are warm, so we did not freeze even at colder temperatures. Cristina and Adolfo are incredibly warm and the contact was great! They picked us up from the train station so we didn't need a car on site. The nearest supermarket in Cambiasca is easily accessible by bus. We will definitely come back, possibly then with a hike through the directly adjacent Val Grande National Park!

We chose to spend a few days on New Year's Eve in this wonderful location, also to keep our two furry puppies away from the noise and clamor. The choice was more spot-on than ever, waking up on New Year's Day overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake was wonderful. Everything was perfect, the nature, the paths in the woods, the tranquility and a cozy, warm, well-kept home, like being at home. Sara was very kind to us, 10/10 hospitality with honors! We will definitely be back

The house sleeps 4 people and is very well located as you can easily walk to the nearest grocery store as well as the beach. The car can always be easily parked in the 2 private parking spaces of which one is covered. The beach has plenty of trees and therefore enough shade. The beachfront restaurant sells delicious pizza and other food. The place is very nice for walking and we were even lucky enough to have a city festival.
