This is the perfect location as you can easily reach the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes (by car) and explore the rest of Tuscany.

Steep and narrow municipal access road, unsuitable for inexperienced new drivers, but once you arrive, the panoramic view, peace, and silence make it worth the effort.
