We are in the park of the Apuan Alps, 18 km from the coast. To get here you will need to walk for 1km, and go up a dirt road for 1,5km by car. In Strettoia, along the wine route, near the Via Francigena, about 15 minutes from the sea and the center of Pietrasanta, the little Athens. It is reached by a short but steep and somewhat narrow road unsuitable for inexperienced new drivers, but once you arrive, the panoramic view, peace, silence, a romantic sunset, a comfortable and welcoming home, make the climb worthwhile.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo is situated in the Tuscany hills, very close to the seaside. Surrounded by olive trees and lots of green spaces, there are also some donkeys for the joy of children.
