The entrance is shared with the one of the apartment below, you can access it from a shared pedestrian gate and then have to climb a stone staircase that takes you to the first floor of the house where there is one of the two terraces. The property is equipped with a large garden equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which can be used for guests of both apartments.
