So much thought & care in this accommodation. Your host is generous with her time greeting you and settling you in. Outstanding views over the Lake. Spacious well appointed ammenities. Very secure. Parking immediately below in small public car park. Easy 5 min run to shops & town. You will spend hours on the main balcony listening to distant church bells. Truly a Super Host. An instant favourite.

Villa Falcone is absolutely stunning! A truly unique property with an unbeatable view and sleek/modern home that is pristine. Roberta and Elena were always highly responsive and extremely helpful! They were so helpful in curating a truly unforgettable trip. We had the pleasure of enjoying several meals with Chef Matteo which were fantastic. The food was amongst the best we had in all of Italy and the service, decor, and attention to detail were above and beyond. We look forward to returning to Villa Falcone!

We stayed with our family for two nights, the apartment was new and perfect condition, all equipment was super clean, the bed and towels were all super clean aswell, they were very helpful too.

Monica is an amazing host, she’s very communicative and helpful, everyday she made sure we were comfortable and well. The place has an amazing view and it’s located near the city of Stresa when you can buy anything, eat and take a ferry on Lago Maggiore, I’d advise to rent a car because the roads are not built for walking The house is well equipped, we prepared food in the kitchen on daily basis and it didn’t lack anything The evenings where a bit cold and the heating season has not started yet, but Luciano prepared the fireplace every day and made sure we had enough wood :)
