The accommodation has solid basic amenities and is located in a small village on the edge of the forest. Here you can simply relax, enjoy great excursions into nature or to the Hohenwarte reservoir (Thuringian Sea), which can be reached on foot via a 1.2 km hiking trail. Holiday home "Leonard" at the edge of the forest

The idyllically located cottage with a size of about 50 square meters has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and space for two people. The cozy holiday home is located in the beautiful health resort of Finsterbergen, right on the edge of the forest and very close to the Rennsteig (5 km). Because of the location, it provides an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest bath with volleyball, mini golf and the tennis court are about 200 m away.

Our spacious vacation home with 120 square meters of living space offers bright rooms with cozy and comfortable furnishings. From the living room you can directly access the large terrace. Behind the house is a huge garden plot, which invites you to relax. The house is modernly furnished and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer by arrangement.

CORONAVIRUS NEWS: Check-in without host contact and shopping service possible! Our vacation home is a more than 200-year-old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where the flour for the estate of Bundorfer Castle was once milled, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 square meters in the elegant lounge, the open kitchen with a cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From the private garden you can see the castle and its park.
