In the state-recognised recreation area of Suhl in the Thuringian Forest, everyone gets their money's worth. Whether for motorcycling on the Rennsteig, hiking, biking, winter sports in Oberhof or resting on the way through. Within walking distance you can reach the Simson and Weapons Museum, the Ortielenbad, the Congress Centre and the city centre. Pets are allowed in the outdoor house by arrangement.

Because of the location, it provides an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest bath with volleyball, mini golf and the tennis court are about 200 m away.

In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer by arrangement.
