Haus am Waldrand

Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

Spanning 107 m² over two floors, this holiday home offers a living room with an open-plan kitchen, as well as a bedroom with an adjoining dressing room and a bathroom on the lower floor. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself completely. The comfortable bedroom is fitted with a 1.80-metre-wide double bed. If necessary, an additional sleeping space can be quickly set up on the wardrobe bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the cottage.

Country house "Am Waldrand" in Thuringia

Haven't you always wanted to get to know the foothills of the Thuringian Forest? How about a few carefree days in the countryside? Do as the barons of Witzleben did and move your "home away from home" to the Geratal. In the "Landhaus am Waldesrand" you will find a fantastic accommodation (approx. 100 square meters).
