House holiday rentals in Subiaco

Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Kristina per un weekend tra amici ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La casa è spaziosa, bellissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: non è mancato assolutamente nulla. La vista è semplicemente stupenda, ci ha accompagnati in ogni momento della giornata rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare va anche ai vicini, Luigi e Ivana, persone gentilissime e accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Kristina è stata super disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

Mooie accommodatie. Ruim opgezet. Blijft lekker koel in de hete zomer. Vlot contact met de host. En Engels is daarbij geen probleem. Vooraf duidelijke instructies met een route om bij het huisje te komen. In het huisje tevens een schrijven met tips in de omgeving.

Scelta per un visita a Roma, si è rivelata ottima per alloggiare in un quartiere tranquillo. Con la macchina si raggiungono i parcheggi della Metro, noi abbiamo utilizzato quello della Tiburtina ed in pochi minuti siamo arrivati al Colosseo. Loft ordinato e Per Friendly.

Great stay overall. Claudio picked us up from the airport and back for a reasonable price. No problems at all. Great guy and friendly. Would have no problem coming back here again!

Alessandra's Place was quiet, clean and in a great location. would recommend it and would stay there again. the host was easy to reach when we had questions and had great suggestions to what was around the neighborhood.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement, on avait pas envie de le quitter !!! Nous nous sommes sentis tellement privilégiés de loger si près du Colisée. Locuința este așa cum este menționată în descriere.Aceasta se afla situata într-o zonă liniștită și sigură. Statia de tren prevăzută și cu locuri de parcare auto, gratuite,de unde se poate ajunge in diverse locații turistice ale Romei, se afla la circa 15 minute de mers lejer pe jos.Un bilet costa 1 euro, indiferent de locația aflată pe traseu.Biletele de tren pot fi achitate și cu cardul insa in 4 zile consecutive, am putut achita doar cu bani lichizi. La circa 5 minute de mers lejer pe jos de locuința se afla o pizzerie de calitate.Tot in zona se afla diverse magazine alimentare, gelaterie, la circa 9 minute este un supermagazin și o benzinărie. Aparatul de făcut cafea este espressor pentru aragaz. - 1.butonul de la vasul WC, trebuie acționat simultan, de 4-5 ori până ce va curge apa la toaleta 2.datorita umezelii din camera de baie, usa de acces la baie se deschide și închide mai greu 3. miros închis, specific locuințelor nearisite periodic. Aș opta din nou, aici pentru cazare.

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this place really is. Right in the midst of nature, you are always surrounded by peace, quiet and the sounds of nature. Both Luigino and Giuilo are exceptional hosts. They met us near the property to guide us in and showed around the place with great details. They were extremely helpful and warm welcoming to us. Gave us all kinds of recommendations which proved extremely helpful. Had we known that we were staying at such an amazing place of such lovely people, we would have stayed for much longer. We had the best experience so far of all our trips with AirBnb and would love to return again and again to this great place!
