Thanks to its central location, you can quickly reach Emden and the Great Sea, and the North Sea coast is also only about half an hour away. Perfect for a getaway surrounded by nature and proximity to the coast!

My wish is that my vacation guests will relax and feel comfortable! When renovating this apartment, I was able to create a cozy atmosphere! The ambiance is very nice and stylish with a rustic flair! Downstairs is one bedroom with double bed, new bathroom and kitchen! Upstairs is a living room with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00), a lounge area, a dining area and a fireplace! Tone panoramic windows complete it all!
