Holiday rentals with a kayak in Sulcis

The place was very nice, everything we needed, close to beach You definitely need a car to get around but with a vehicle it’s perfect Love the area, Love the house Very quiet neighborhood

We had a fantastic stay at this property, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for 2 weeks. The grounds are expansive beautifully maintained and gives you the feeling of constantly being surrounded by nature. The two separate cottages were nicely situated with comfortable bedrooms and lovely indoor/outdoor sitting spaces. We absolutely loved relaxing by the pool and cabana area during the times that we weren't at the beach. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed most of our days there, floating in the crystal clear waters and soaking up the sun. Our hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. We already miss our stay there and are looking forward to coming back!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is part of a residence and is located right in front of the sea — such a dream to enjoy the view all day long and catch a couple of beautiful sunsets right from the apartment. The space is well organized, has everything you need, and offers plenty of storage for your belongings. We travelled as a family — my husband, our 1.5-year-old, and I — and Tatiana was kind enough to accommodate a few special requests to make the stay more comfortable for our toddler. She even asked for the apartment to be cleaned extra thoroughly before our arrival. We also really appreciated the welcome food gifts. Tatiana was very responsive and helpful. As a personal note, there are quite a few cats living within the residence space. This was clearly mentioned in the apartment description, so it was expected, but something to be aware of if you are not comfortable with it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and thoughtful seaside stay!

Our vacation at Orazio's house was exactly as we had hoped. The sea at your doorstep, Cagliari nearby, but not too close, friendly reception and great support. My personal highlight: The two kayaks. We absolutely recommend the place.

Andrea welcomed us very much by giving us by Watsapp all the instructions for check-in (with bonus photos) very responsive to our extra request for sunbathing i highly recommend this place to those looking for rest and calm in a green environment

Our stay at Maria Elena's was relaxing. BEAUTIFUL view of the beaches, relaxing, only 3 minute walk from the ocean...sandy beach, calm atmosphere The place is conveniently located close to other small towns and city of Cagliari...so lots to explore!

Great stay. charming welcome… and impeccable cleanliness 👌 The apartment has the essentials without the superfluous ... it feels good... the view is worthy of a postcard. 🤩 simple, efficient , not overloaded but still cozy and with quality equipment... Veronica's place is a dream! I didn't know exactly what to expect on arrival because of the property style - I would assume it wouldn't be comfortable. However, I was so impressed! It was beautifully clean - everything in great working order, and so comfortable. Veronica had thought of everything you could possibly need as a guest! The location was just perfect, right on the beach and as soon as I left, and went to stay in Cagliari Centre, I missed the view and the peace. You feel like you're in a really remote, beautiful beach location, but you're also just a 15 minutes drive from the city centre. And you've got one of the best seafood restaurants, Lo Scolio, on your doorstep. It was quite a bit more expensive than I would have liked, and I definitely went well over my budget, however, I don't have any regrets. Thank you Veronica! I hope to come back soon!

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))
