A pochi passi dal porto, dalla stazione dei treni per raggiungere l'aeroporto e dei bus per arrivare in pochi minuti alle bellissime spiagge. I quattro quartieri storici, i musei e tutte le attrazioni di questa magica città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Apartment in the city centre, easy access to the beach, terrasse with view on the port entrance and private parking. Ideal for couples and families. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. I am looking forward to my next guests!

The apartment offers a large veranda with a splendid view of the sparkling sea of Sardinia, framed by palm trees and the island of San Macario with the ancient Spanish Tower, in the distance the tourist port of Perd'è Sali. Before being kissed by the sun, you can dive into the crystal clear water below the house. The mixed pebble/sand beach is about 50 meters away. It is also the ideal base for exploring all of South Sardinia and its magnificent beaches and landscapes.

Enchanting accommodation on two levels. Access is via two flights of stairs, finished with beautiful ancient decorations that inspired the the logo of this house.   The wrought iron beds and the furniture have been made by local master craftsmen, in this refined accommodation every detail has been carefully planned. The terrace is the real gem of the house, treat yourself with a warm bath in the Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy a priceless view on the city.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Welcome to my home, the house my family has always called "the house of the sea," because we use it for our summer holidays. It's an excellent base for exploring the most beautiful beaches in Southern Sardinia, but for those who don't want to travel too much, Nora beach is beautiful and very close. Lovely Seafront Villa

Waking up in front of the sea and being equidistant from Cagliari to Villasimius is the best way to start your day. The village of Marina delle Nereidi is surrounded by greenery and overlooks a small rocky beach with pristine waters. You can relax in its pine forest equipped with shaded benches and games for children or end your day at the beach at the soccer field where you can organize a game of soccer with friends. Bus stop 200 meters away.

We rent an apartment of 85sqm in the beautiful and quiet village of Nebida (CI). The house has a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a balcony with table for dining or dining outdoors with a breathtaking sea view + barbecue at your fingertips. The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5min away.
