The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. Mit dem Bus sind es nur 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, und wer lieber spazieren geht, kann die Innenstadt in etwa 30 Minuten über einen Wanderweg erreichen.

Small and fine 1 room apartment with 36 square meters, built in 2022 in a suburb of Gaildorf on the Kocher/Jagst cycle path. Quiet location to relax for one or more days. From Alexa and Wi-Fi to TV, stove, refrigerator and walk-in shower, everything is available. The question about the reason for the trip is a requirement of Airbnb, but not important to me, just enter ok for example!
