Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.

Michelskeller Vacation Rental

Bright apartment, next to the town hall, on the first floor of the Michelskeller. The fully equipped apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower and two rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and in the living room a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). In total, a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated. The entrance is via a key box, so it is flexible from the check-in time.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Relax in our cosy apartment. it has a separate entry for 100% privacy. There is enough space for two people. Different bus lines take you to the city centre from Bus stop "Steinlein", which is only 200metres away from our house. If you come by car, you can park on the street for free. The parking area is for our own cars!
