It was in a fantastic location, close to some great sight. The nearby train and bus station combined give you access to all of Tokyo. There's also great food within walking distance.

A little small for the price, but superb location!

エヌプラス was responsive to my queries and offered an option to store my luggage even after I check out. Since I had a planned day trip after my stay and had to head out very early in the morning, エヌプラス's offer saved me the effort to search for alternative luggage storage. Overall the room is spacious and clean. We were warned about the lack of elevator in advance. it was not a long climb. I was a little confused with the double lock system (facial temperature check plus key). that might be worth reviewing.

My stay here was lovely. The neighborhood was amazing, one of my favorites in Tokyo so far. So many cute bars and little restaurants. The Airbnb is definitely smaller than I anticipated based on the photos. I wouldn’t recommend having a lot of luggage here. The sauna was beautiful.

Super location, super view from the window from the 5th floor, super convenient check-in and checkout. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant, the house is a stone's throw from everything you need. I recommend

Responsiveness from the Host Reasonable The location is a little far from Ueno station Easy to get to other stations Unexpectedly the cookware was in the bathroom Also, the tableware is not cleaned, the cooker is broken.
