Do not provide oil, salt etc. [bathroom] Face & Bath towels for the number of guests, Shampoo, hair conditioner, body soup and hand soup, Hair dryer, Washing machine (without drying machine), Detergent, Drying stand, Toothbrush & Toothpaste. [2 toilets] toilets and bathroom are completely converted. [WIFI] Unlimited wifi in house, pocket wifi able to be taken out. The whole unit only belongs to yourself, not share with others. This listing is on 2F, without Ev. This listing is self checkin. House rules: For those who broke the house rules is a fine of 15,000 yen. (1) Please do not make loud noise, especially at the night. (2) Please throw away your trash only into trash can in the room. (Don't take outside) Or tightly tie the trash bag, and put it on the balcony. If there is much garbage need to be deal with, please contact me. (3) Please don't smoking in the house & the entrance of the building. (4) The toilet is easy to plug, please do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet. We will charge you a cleaning fee of if you throw something other than toilet paper and cause toilet blockage. (5) Please check out by 11AM if without my permission. Other guests check in on 4PM, so the house must be cleaned from 11AM. If you can't, I will charge your a full margin. Please put the key & wifi back to the same place. (6) Shoes strictly prohibied in house. (7) IF you lose the room key or Wifi, you must pay 25,000yen for each.
