Monthly Rentals in Sun Prairie

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.

This home was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and the backyard was amazing!

My band was on a tour and this was just the place we needed! Trevor was easy to get in touch with and the place was super beautiful and affordable. I’ll definitely be booming here again

Wonderful cozy space, good to decompress without too much distraction. Very clean and exactly as described. Be sure to stay toasty with a fire on the coldest nights! The hosts are helpful and responsive, yet the space is nice and private. Not far from East Madison, easy drive to Cottage Grove, Marshall, and Waterloo, too.
