Monthly Rentals in Sunny Isles Beach

The most beautiful sunrises can be witnessed right from your own private deck overlooking the pool and beach !! What an amazing stay, everything was clean and exactly like the description. We enjoyed it so much we are all ready booked for 2026. Thanks for being a great host ! We have nothing but great memories from the stay.

I lived there for a month and was very satisfied. It is a nice apartment with professional management in a perfect location. The condo is well laid out and the kitchen in particular is modern. High speed internet, large screen tv, nice balcony. There are a few little things that I would update in my own apartment, but that didn't bother me in a vacation rental. I had two complaints when I moved in and it was impressive that they were resolved by the very professional host within hours or the next day. The condo complex is located on a quiet side street, the beach as well as Publix supermarket, stores, restaurants, Burger King and McDonalds are within 5 minutes walking distance. The only downside is that the condo is right next to the 1970's elevator which, when in use, makes a disturbing humming noise in the apartment. Overall, I can recommend the apartment and the host. Considering that all accommodation prices in Florida have risen sharply in recent years, the price was ok.

Had a great stay! Mimi and John answered messages extremely fast, and were flexible with an early check in. You could not be any closer to the beach! It’s right outside the pool area and was very easy to find space. Would definitely stay again!
